Facility Maintenance Coordinator

The Facility Maintenance Coordinator serves as the primary technical specialist for electrical needs/troubleshooting; maintain the facility and grounds; maintain security wiring, CCTV equipment and software; maintain network wiring; supervise and coordinate facility maintenance work by contractors/employees; fabricate and coordinate high quality equipment.

Qualifications

The ability to:

  • Multi-task
  • Identify quality and production issues, problems, and opportunities
  • Interface with Mo-Sci employees
  • Self-start and be detail-oriented
  • Prioritize assigned tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required, must be willing to pursue additional training
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
  • 5 years of the following: industrial/commercial electric, basic electronics troubleshooting (AC/DC), basic welding/fabrication
  • 3 years general construction, framing, concrete, plumbing
  • 2 years industrial applications (switch gear, air compressors, chillers)
  • Computer literate, basic human relations skills, ability to “think on their feet”
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Basic understanding of AC and DC systems
  • Basic understanding of voltage, current, and electrical systems
  • Basic understanding of OSHA tag-out/lockout procedures

Manufacturing Technician

Position involves manufacturing product that meets customer quality specifications.

Qualifications:

The ability to:

  • Multi-task
  • Self-start and be detail-oriented
  • Prioritize assigned tasks
  • Ensure production goals are met and product meets customer specifications
  • Manufacture material in accordance with established standards
  • Identify quality and production problems and opportunities
  • Provide assistance to other departments and co-workers
  • Document process parameters and establish traceability

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
  • Basic management skills
  • Written and oral math and communication skills
