Accountant
Summary
The basic function of the Accountant position is to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Logistics and Supply Chain Technician
Summary
The basic function of the Logistics and Supply Chain Technician is to utilize warehouse, inventory, and EHS management techniques to maintain inventory and warehouse space and transport goods to assigned locations. This position ensures accurate logistics and supply chain operations at MO SCI, LLC through reliable physical and electronic data entry processes.
The position reports to MO SCI Supply Chain & Compliance Officer (SCCO).
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify problems and opportunities relating to materials management
- Utilize business and industry best practices for organizing and handling inventory flow and storage
- Maintain records relating to receipt of materials, parts, and assemblies
- Control materials required to complete routine duties, orders and awarded contracts
- Receive, identify and control materials and products purchased for incorporation into end deliverables
- Verify customer property at time or receipt
- Maintain Capital Equipment List
- Initial receipt of materials, parts, components, and equipment and performing receiving activities
- Document nonconformities found in receipt; transmit details or nonconformities to suppliers and request resolution
- Verify customer returns are documented and processed
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties
- Maintain stockrooms supply
- Perform data entry in ERP system and know how to use the system to extract data to support the accuracy of the supply chain

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Reject raw material or product that does not meet the specific guidelines
- Maintain adequate laboratory supplies
- Test materials before they are shipped.
- Complete Risk Analyses as required
- Prepare and/or review documentation for correctness in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist the QA coordinator in ensuring products meet standards
- Assist the QA Coordinator in inventory, status, and tracking of raw materials, product, and non-conforming materials.
- Assist the QA Coordinator in training new employees
- Implement and maintain MO SCI’s Quality System
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Maintain records and retention samples

Working Conditions

- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and prepare regular cost variance reports.
- Maintain and update standard costs; lead periodic cost roll-ups.

Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide support to users and be the first point of contact for problem resolution. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software components.

- Respond to technical support requests via help desk tickets, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Set up and configure new workstations, peripherals, and user accounts.
