Cost Accountant
Summary
The Cost Accountant role will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing costs, preparing cost reports, managing inventory valuation, and supporting data-driven decision-making to improve profitability.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and prepare regular cost variance reports.
- Maintain and update standard costs; lead periodic cost roll-ups.
- Review inventory transactions and reconcile inventory accounts.
- Monitor and analyze material variances, labor costs, and overhead rates.
- Conduct margin analysis and support pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and production teams to understand cost drivers.
- Identify opportunities to improve costing processes and internal controls.
- Support audits by providing cost and inventory documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation (FIFO, standard costing, etc.).
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

IT Support Specialist
Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide support to users and be the first point of contact for problem resolution. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via help desk tickets, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Set up and configure new workstations, peripherals, and user accounts.
- Assist with system updates, software installations, and patching.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset tagging.
- Support network connectivity and printer functionality at the workstation level.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors.
- Document troubleshooting steps, fixes, and frequently asked questions.
- Follow IT security and data privacy protocols.
- Performs such other duties as may be required or assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Competencies

Summary
The primary purpose of the Technical Sales Representative is to sell products to both new and existing clients. This involves targeting outreach efforts and marketing strategies, as well as listening to customers’ needs and providing recommendations, quotes, and technical support as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell products to new and existing clients, targeting outreach and marketing and providing quotes on demand
- Listen to customers’ needs and advise them on the best products to buy
- Provide technical support to clients
- Relay technical specifications and customer expectations to engineering and manufacturing teams
- Work with production team regarding issues and effective solutions
- Act as project manager as necessary
- Monitor progress of projects and serve as liaison between customer and manufacturing
- Conduct market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products
Education and Experience Requirements
Required: Bachelor’s degree; experience in sales
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering, materials science, chemistry, engineering management, or similar science
