MO SCI complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. MO SCI has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the DPF Principles regarding the processing of personal data received from the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland in reliance on these frameworks. If there is any conflict between this policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall govern.

6. Dispute Resolution and Complaint Handling

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, MO SCI commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of personal data. EU, UK, and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints should first contact MO SCI at mo-sci@mo-sci.com.

If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact our independent recourse mechanism, Privacy Trust DPF Services, available at: https://privacytrust.com/services/data-privacy-framework/dispute-resolution/ . This service is provided at no cost to you. Under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a DPF Panel.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over MO SCI’s compliance with the DPF frameworks.

This includes ensuring that any third party receiving personal data provides at least the same level of protection required under the DPF.
